What's New for 2026 at Stelray

As Stelray jumps into Year 2 of our "Next 50", we wanted to share what is new at 50 Westfield Avenue and what we are looking forward to throughout 2026. While 2025 was characterized by much unpredictability in the international economy, Stelray took it as an opportunity to refocus its identity and fine tune what has helped make Stelray one of the premier contract manufacturers in New England. 

“Service you deserve. Experience that delivers.”

If you have had your eye on our social accounts over the past few months, you have likely seen these words in some form or fashion. When we started talking about refocusing Stelray’s identity, we began with something new to our organization: a slogan. While it may seem somewhat superficial, there is significant research that supports the value of a powerful tagline to both customers and team members. We wanted to make clear our guarantee to everyone who considers working alongside Stelray that we put a premium on service. Moreover, the exceptional service we provide comes directly from the wealth of experience we have as contract manufacturers and injection molders.

This is our rallying cry and our promise. We use our expertise to deliver when it matters most—all in service of a customer experience unlike any other. After much hard work and iteration, we feel we have captured exactly that in six simple words.

Updated Website

In the works all throughout 2025, the Stelray website has been the subject of several initiatives as we look to improve our digital presence. We have refreshed our homepage to better reflect our refocused identity—clearly communicating our company guarantee and position as a broadly capable contract manufacturing company. We have aligned many of our site pages to precisely articulate our capabilities with visuals that support our narrative. We have published several new blogs on both technical education and company culture, providing finer insight into how Stelray can serve our customers.

With more updates to come in 2026, we are excited that our digital home is already modeling where Stelray is headed in the near future.

Expanded Engineering Department

For anyone in the business world, it is more or less an axiom that growth is rarely linear. After several years of evolution, Stelray is excited about the state of our Engineering team. With more resources than ever before, Stelray Engineering is ready to help steward new mold builds and control complex manufacturing process for customers of all sizes and industries.

2026 has also expanded the Engineering Department’s physical footprint with additional office space and a lab for a variety of rapid prototyping capabilities, sample analyses, secondary & assembly trials, and mold design reviews. Ensuring the team has the assets necessary to exceed the expectations of our customers is paramount to delivering on our promise at every stage of the manufacturing process.

Clean Room Certification

A pioneer in oral care device molding, Stelray has been proud of our longstanding white room for medical molding. We are excited to unveil plans to expand and formally classify our white room as a registered clean room in 2026.

By year’s end, we expect to add additional molding and assembly space, opening up capacity to deliver high-quality components for medical devices and healthcare accessories across categories.  In addition, we anticipate that certifying as a Class 8 clean room will expand opportunities for customers new and long-standing to further streamline their supply chain with our signature Resin-to-Box strategy at Stelray.

The Next 50 was not a snappy turn-of-phrase convenient for our 50th Anniversary celebration: it was a promise. While 2025 had its share of ups and downs for manufacturers the world over, it was critical to the team at Stelray that we remain focused on taking the next step. As we refocus our positioning to better articulate what makes Stelray special, we are excited to undertake new challenges that push us to truly deliver the service you deserve, backed by experience that delivers.
