Stelray has managed inventory and delivery systems in place to meet our customers' forecast or per order requirements.

JIT (Just-In-Time) - is the process of producing only what is needed, in the quantities needed at the correct time when needed. SPPI has incorporated the necessary Lean tools and developed suppliers who also support Lean Manufacturing Systems.

Kan-Ban - is the system whereby SPPI only produces when a signal (Kan-Ban) to produce has been initiated. If there is no signal, SPPI does not produce. This is another example of our investment in the technology to enable us to respond to customer demand.
